Yeovil Health Centre, awarded Certificate of Excellence from ‘I Want Great Care’

Yeovil Health Centre in Yeovil, part of Symphony Healthcare Services, has been recognised for providing outstanding healthcare services for patients through the ‘I Want Great Care’ (IWGC) patient feedback system.

The IWGC Certificate of Excellence 2017 was awarded to the health centre last week, after receiving consistently positive feedback from patients over the last year and maintaining a high average score.

‘I Want Great Care’ is a system used by over 1700 GP practices across the country to collect patient feedback in an easy and accessible way, that improves patient experiences by continuously monitoring safety and quality of healthcare services.

Yeovil Health Centre has grown over the last seven years to care for over 6000 registered patients and is the only centre in south Somerset to offer an additional walk in service.
